Unfortunately for us, it isn't that cut and dry. After finishing active treatment in December 2018, I was left feeling empty and confused. Shouldn't I be happier that this is over? The short answer is no. Survivorship brings up different things for so many people. No matter what age and stage you are, the complicated feelings are there. Turns out, I am not alone. I asked several badass cancer thrivers some pretty tough questions about survivorship.
